From Ted Chapman: My little borther, Joel, passed away about 2:30 this morning (4/25/2020). He had been in hospice care for about a week. Joel had Throat Cancer surgery fifteen years ago with severe chemo and radiation to follow. He basically never got over it. His wishes were to be cremated. Due to COVID19, no services are planned.
Grew up with Joel , and Ted , good family , Joel was always busy and involved , Joel , was a good friend and pal in childhood and beyond , Rest In Peace friend ,
